Dubai Flea Market is a place where you can buy all the second hand item. The concept of Flea Market is such where sellers meet the buyers directly interested to buy their product.

Dubai Flea market is being visited by thousands of visitors looking to buy the used stuff from other sellers. Initially it started of as Dubai Flea Market Safa Park, and now it is organised at 3 different locations.

Visiting hours for Flea market is 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm from June 2016 to September 2016 during Summer, whereas exhibitors need to move in early from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm to arrange and set-up for their stalls. Locations for Flea Market -:

Following are Dubai Flea Market Schedule, starting of with Dubai flea market Zabeel Park

  1. ZABEEL PARK, Gate 2 or Gate 1 Entrance – On 1st Friday of every month (June – September)

Timing for Visitors – 6:00 pm to 11:00

Seller’s timing for Set-up of Stalls – 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Visitor’s Entrance Fee – 5 AED

Seller’s Fee – 290 AED

  1. SILICON OASIS, Cedre Shopping Centre – On 2nd Friday of every month (June – September)

Timing for Visitors – 6:00 pm to 11:00;

Seller’s timing for Set-up of Stalls – 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Visitor’s Entrance Fee – Nil

Seller’s Fee – 290 AED

  1. JLT PARK, -between cluster O and P near Geant and Basket Ball court – On 3rd Friday of every month (June – September)

Timing for Visitors – 6:00 pm to 11:00;

Seller’s timing for Set-up of Stalls – 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Visitor’s Entrance Fee – Nil

Seller’s Fee – 290 AED

For Buyers -:

  1. The buyers have a good bargain price, depending on the product they choose, where they can really benefit by having a good bargain price from the exhibitor

For Sellers -:

  1. Sellers need to be cautious about some stealing incidents, which some sellers have complained in the past in the Flea market. However, the Flea Market is quite safe and enjoyable experience for Sellers, where sellers can make anything between 100 AED up to 4000 AED, depending on the product they are selling and the bargains.
  2. Sellers also need to be aware that it is not always they will earn good money in the flea market, as past experiences shared by few people where they earned less than their stand amount.
  3. But some exhibitors have a decent to really good earning in the flea market.
  4. Also, sellers to know that no fake items are allowed to sell in the Flea market.
  5. Tables are allotted on First Comes, First Serves Basis, so sellers need to be there early in to have a favorite spot.

Zabeel Park -:

Participation fee for Sellers per Stand – 290 AED

2 chairs per table / stand are allotted. However, additional up to 2 extra can be purchased by the seller. Maximum sellers allowed are only 4 per stall for Zabeel Park.

SILCON OASIS -:

Participation fee for Sellers per Stand- 290 AED

JLT Park -:

Participation fee for Sellers per Stand – 290 AED

Booking for Stand –:

For booking a stand sellers can opt for two options available

  1. Register online at dubai-fleamarket.com and pay through Credit / Debit card
  2. Register online at dubai-fleamarket.com and pay by Cash pickup service. (Cash will be collected within 3 days / 72 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled.)

Refund policy for any cancellations made –:

  1. In case of cancellation 100 AED will be deducted, and 290 AED shall be refunded back.

In Conclusion, Flea Market Dubai, is a place which is looked forward by both Buyers to have an expensive stuff at  give away prices. Also, for the Sellers, to have a real quick cash for the stuffs, they want to clear off their shelves.
